John Otway - An English singer-songwriter, who built an audience through extensive touring, a surreal sense of humour and an underdog persona. Dubbed “rock’n’roll’s greatest failure” after many unsuccessful attempts to produce a second hit single to follow his 1977 classic (Cor Baby, That’s) "Really Free". Star of Top of The Pops with the wonderful disco pastiche, ‘Bunsen Burner’ and more recently, his song “Beware Of The Flowers Cause I’m Sure They’re Going To Get You Yeah” voted the seventh greatest lyric of all time in a BBC poll. Now also star of the silver screen with his debut movie, expect madcap mayhem and some wacky stunts from a man old enough to know better.
