Park Opera

About the show

Park Opera is a long-established opera group, which for more than forty
years has performed highly acclaimed fully-staged operas and Spring and
Christmas concerts.
We are proud to invite you to a sparkling concert of popular gems from the
world of opera and operetta which promises a feast of drama, romance and
laughter. Wonderful singing and glorious tunes are guaranteed, with humour
and pathos thrown in for good measure. From stirring choruses, romantic
melodies and moving ensembles, there is sure to be something for everyone.
Highlights include the famous trio from Cosi fan Tutti, Rusalka’s touching Song
to the Moon by Dvoŕak, Oh peaceful England from Merrie England by Edward
German, the gorgeous Champagne ensemble from Die Fledermaus, the
romantic You are my heart’s delight from Lehar’s Land of Smiles and a host of
other beautiful solos and ensembles.
