Stefan is an award-winning TV writer/presenter and author. He has made 18 TV series and documentaries for the BBC including Incredible Edibles, Cooking in the Danger Zone, Gastronuts, Harvest, Can Eating Insects Save The World?, Food Factory, E Numbers: An Edible Adventure.
He performs some of the biggest live science shows in the country at the biggest science festivals and has written six books about extraordinary food.
