The Tornados
'60s pop and rock band who were the backing group for Billy Fury. They topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic with the phenomenally successful hit Telstar and went on to release a string of organ-and-guitar led instrumental singles produced by the eccentric Joe Meek. Dave Watts, sixties Tornado organist, Shaun Corrigan on guitar from 60's chart toppers the Symbols. Tristan Long on drums, Andy Matthews vocals / bass guitar ( BBC TV presenter, NI Greatest Haunts )
