The The Tour Dates
The seminal Eighties political post-punk band who have gone through various guises and line-up changes, but always fronted by the creative mind of singer-songwriter Matt Johnson. Their seven UK top 40 singles include 'The Beat(en) Generation' and 'That Was The Day' from the Dis-Infected EP, while huge album success came with 1989's 'Mind Bomb' reaching no.4 and 1993's 'Dusky' reaching no.2. Staying out of the public eye in recent years, Matt pursued a career scoring films and creating music for art installations. The fruits of this work have culminated in the release of 'The Inertia Variations', a Matt Johnson documentary film and soundtrack. Meanwhile after a hiatus of 16 years, Matt also announced his return to live performance.
