Girl Friend write part-biographical, part-fantasy glossy pop telling tales of nights out, chance romantic adventures and walking the hazy line between wasted-chic glamour and spectacular chaos. Their lyrical characters are driven by internal conflict; consumed by their own vanity; either maladjusted or hopelessly hedonistic.
