Indie alt-rock three-piece from Washington D.C., Flasher are Taylor Mulitz (guitar), Daniel Saperstein (bass) and Emma Baker (drums). The band take in elements of shoegaze and punk with 90's slacker indie-rock combined with infectious pop hooks and melodies. However as Stereogum pointed out; "the songs don’t belong to any clear genre; they’re punk and post-punk and new wave and shoegaze and classic rock all at once. They’re songs that would get heavy airplay on alt-rock radio in a better world."
