King Creature and Hold the Sun.. 'almost unplugged' to The Arborist Cafe for the very first time.
Both bands are East Cornwall heavyweights & will be playing a stripped back set, don’t miss the chance to get up close and personal with the heavy metal and grunge metal rockers in our intimate setting.
Hailing from Cornwall, King Creature are Dave Kellaway on bass and lead vocals, Matt K Vincent on lead guitar, Mike Stennett on lead guitar and Jack Bassett on drums. They formed in 2013 and released their debut self-titled EP in 2014.
Likened by many to Black Label Society, Pantera and Alice in Chains, King Creature’s powerful sound comes from the pairing of two technically-gifted lead guitarists, a heavy groove-based rhythm section and melodic old school dirty rock vocals.
Their high-energy live performances have blown away audiences across the South West and their national reputation has grown as result.
Hold The Sun are an explosive three-piece alternative rock band known for their high-energy live shows, heavy-hitting grunge sound, and massive three-part vocal harmonies.
