Queer Folk

George Sansome and Sophie Crawford are the founders of Queer Folk – an organisation that researches queer music and champions LGBTQIA+ musicians.

After discovering a rich seam of LGBTQIA+ folk songs in the archives,they began performing this powerful repertoire together, breathing newlife into long-hidden stories. Accompanied by guitar, bouzouki and accordion, they now take these songs on tour to celebrate the releaseof their new album.
