About the show
James Morton is one of the most exciting saxophone players of his generation. He has been touring internationally for the past 18 years with a variety of projects and 2022 saw James launching his new hard-hitting creation, Groove Den.
This project features new material drawing on his influences from soul, jazz, hip-hop and tough, grooving beats, hence the name.
James has the ability to directly connect with audiences through his soulful, lyrical and flamboyant style and is backed by a world class rhythm section.

Drawing on a diverse array of musical styles, including jazz, funk, hiphop, soul, and rock, the unifying elements are groove and feel.
