Charlie’s Angels sing traditional folk, country, pop and original material, accompanied on guitar, ukulele, clarinet, whistle and violin.

An acoustic quartet who came together in 2021, they are Janice Anderson (vocals and ukulele) Anne Cunningham (vocals and guitar) Jane Whaley (clarinet and whistle) and Christina Snell (violin)

Janice is known locally as one of the blondes in ‘Blondes with Beards’ and as former lead singer with local band ‘Redwing’ and duo ‘Junk’. Anne sang with contemporary folk band ‘Badgers Set’.

They are joined on stage by Jane Whaley on whistle and clarinet, and Christina Snell on violin. Jane is a seasoned local performer and a regular at Minch Folk Club and other venues. Christina is also one half of successful local band, The Peekies.

Do come and join us – you can enjoy some super music, meet your friends as well as maybe making new ones. Advance tickets are just £3.50 (plus booking fee) Please note on the door they cost £4.00

And our Whistle Stop Café will be open if you fancy a nice cup of tea (or coffee) and Sasha’s cakes just scrumptious – how can you say no?

There will be a selection of tables and chairs set out in the hall for you to choose from on arrival.
