In this edition of Soundcheck we have four of the best up-and-coming alt-rock artists from the North East. Headlining will be Teesside's raw, unapologetic grunge-punk sound of Dossers with support from the charismatic 4-piece Northern Hospitality, Stockton’s own cinematic surf rockers Risco and alt-rock trio Rose Malus.
RISCO
Risco are the rising force in the UK music scene, turning heads with their explosive live shows and a sound that fuses the swagger of mod culture with the cinematic vibes of surf rock and classic movie soundtracks. Hailing from Stockton-On-Tees, the three-piece band has been making serious waves, both on stage and online.
