We're back for another amazing Live & Local event with the team from Mix 92.6 but this time we've moved to a Thursday (Thursdays are the new Fridays after all). As always your support is hugely appreciated. Your June line-up is:
Groovy Shirt Club - This five piece collective are a melodic force to be reckoned with. Their latest single 'Believe' is full of guitar pop melodies and strong vocal performances.
Dead Colours - Dead Colours are a Herts based duo that mixes the grit of Indie guitars with the shine of 80s Synth-Pop. Built on a 'Neon & Rust' aesthetic, their sound consists of polished production with raw lyrical explorations of vulnerability, resilience, and the passage of time. Dead Colours blends nostalgic textures with modern energy for an audience that values depth as much as a hook, their music serves as a soundtrack for the journey.
The Pedals - The Pedals are a four-piece indie rock band made up of James (vocals & guitar), Olly (guitar), Izzy (bass) and Joe (drums). Based in Hertfordshire, they are known for their high-energy live shows, both locally and in London, that bring raw emotional punch.
Their releases have picked up support from EARMILK, Backseat Mafia and Music Crowns, alongside endorsements from Pretty Green and bands such as The K’s and The Sherlocks. With over 200,000 Spotify streams, sold-out headline shows at Camden Assembly and O2 Academy Islington, and tour support for Pentire as well as an opening slot for Toploader, The Pedals are fast establishing themselves as one of the most exciting new bands in the UK.
