This January, the City of Southampton Orchestra returns with its ever-popular Family Concerts, celebrating a joyful theme: Dance Around the World. Enjoy vibrant music, exciting rhythms and toe-tapping fun for all ages as we journey across the globe through music and dance.
This year’s concerts feature performances by the New Forest School of Dance and the incredible solo beatboxer Alessandro Mackinnon-Botti. It’s the perfect family outing – lively, engaging, great value, and suitable for children and adults of all ages.
CSO - City of Southampton Orchestra
The City Of Southampton Orchestra is one of the leading non-professional orchestras in the south of England, performing a wide variety of interesting works from across the orchestral repertoire. We have been established for over thirty years and perform five concerts each year, including one concert designed specifically to introduce children to orchestral music.
