About the show
Josgin/Joskin/Joscin definition: a North-Walian term used in both English and Welsh to describe anyone from a rural or farming background. It is used both affectionately and in a derogatory way depending on the audience.
A brand new tour from star of Live at the Apollo and QI, Kiri Pritchard-McLean.
Growing up on a sheep and cattle farm in Wales with a pair of accidental farmers for parents, Kiri vowed she would never become a farmer.
Fast forward 30 odd years and Kiri is back in the countryside. She's a farm up and a parent down and has decided to fix the planet, feed the world and try and reclaim her Josgin heritage.
In a digital world with increasing AI, come and see a very analogue comedian.
Featuring - Kiri Pritchard-McLean
With a charming stage manner coupled with a deft, quick wit it's easy to see why Nottingham Comedy Festival named Welsh comic Kiri Pritchard-McLean their Breakout Act Of The Year.
'She balances affection with an acute eye for the ridiculous to bring you a stand up set of well delivered, increasingly funny anecdotes... definitely one to watch' (Three Weeks)
'Kiri was by far the funniest and most quick witted, one to look out for in the future' (Leicester Mercury).
Kiri Pritchard-McLean featured in Ents24's 20 Hardest Working Comedians of 2018 list.
