About the show
The Tirith launch their new album Quetzalcoatl at The Old Cold Store, Nottingham on Friday 22nd May 2026. The album will be played in its entirety with a few tracks from previous albums to round off the set.
Support will be from Harmony of Spheres, the best Prog covers band in the north who will play a set featuring the biggest tunes in Prog from Genesis, Pink Floyd,, Rush, Marillion, Porcupine Tree and more. A true celebration of Progressive Rock.

The Tirith
The Tirith are a cult rock band from the 70s that have somehow found themselves transported by time into the 21st Century. The band hail originally from Loughborough Leicestershire, where they played as their previous incarnation "Minas Tirith". The reformed Tirith is a 3 piece current lineup Tim Cox (guitars), Dick Cory (bass and vocals), and Paul Williams (drums)
