Nasty Fishmonger

Bristol's Nasty Fishmonger was founded with the sole ambition of getting into festivals for free. Foot-stomping folk punk with a political conscience and earworm choruses.

Dan Ottewell is a young musician who has been blazing a trail in the Nottingham live music scene and beyond. After recording his debut EP with Dan Booth and Luke Wheatley (of Ferocious Dog), he played many gigs across the UK and gained support from international audiences and stars including Frank Turner, Jeremy Cunningham (of the Levellers), Dan Donnelly and many more.

After becoming the youngest person to ever sell out a major Nottingham venue (Rough Trade), in July of 2022, and after playing major festivals across the UK, this talented young songwriter has cemented his reputation for putting on an energetic, diverse and engaging show.
