Donald Swann The Road Goes Ever On Vaughan Williams Songs of Travel University of Nottingham alumnus bass-baritone Ossian Huskinson is one of the UK’s most exciting and in demand singers. A Jette Parker Young Artist with the Royal Opera House, he has also performed with ENO, Glyndebourne and in major European opera houses. Swann’s song cycle sets words from Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings while Vaughan Williams's songs veer between praise for the freedom of the open road and the desire for love and a settled life.
