About the show
Poet Hannah Norris has been running the Diamonds and Rust poetry workshops in partnership with Nottingham Writers’ Studio since summer 2024. She is delighted to be launching a new series of four workshops at Bromley House, starting on Saturday 22 August 2026, 11:00-14:00 (includes a 30-minute lunch break).
August is a month associated with holidays and getting away, so this first workshop will explore travel in its broadest sense: from grand adventures to everyday journeys, dream destinations to soggy caravan parks. Inspired in part by the old travel books at Bromley House, we’ll use a range of writing prompts to see where the theme takes us.
Each workshop will have its own theme and you are very welcome to join us for one session or all four.
