Colour Of Fire

Colour Of Fire is a York based rock band who formed in late 2001 by close friends Owen Richards (guitar/vocals) and Stuart Jones (guitar/vocals). With catchy riffs and soaring Muse -like vocals, the band created their own commercial heavy rock style, appealing to both indie and metal audiences. Their debut album failed to make a big impact on the mainstream UK charts but it built them a strong following. Colour Of Fire went on to support Placebo on a major European tour in autumn 2004 but surprisingly they broke up several months later. The band made a return to live shows in 2023.
