Big Gilson & Blues Dynamite

Brazilian blues guitarist from Rio, Big Gilson, returns to the UK on his Back2Blues tour with his UK Blues Dynamite band featuring ex Sassafras and Mick Clarke Band drummer Chris Sharley and Larry Miller's sidemen, bassist Derek White and keys man Ian Salisbury who have also played with Whitesnake's Bernie Marsden amongst many others.

Big Gilson is a masterful guitarist and one of the best electric slide players around. He's opened for Steve Winwood, B.B. King, Buddy Guy and Robert Cray. Big Gilson has also toured the blues clubs in the US, getting great acclaim from blues royalty such as Corey Harris, Duke Robillard, Lonnie Brooks, Magic Slim and Buddy Guy, who extended Big Gilson an open invitation to play his Chicago Legends Club anytime.
