Dave O'Higgins Quartet: Take the Coltrane

A celebration of John Coltrane's centenary year. Saxophonist Dave O'Higgins (National Youth Jazz Orchestra, Jim Mullen, Martin Taylor; 26 albums as leader) presents Coltrane's journey from standards and hard bop through to the modal and spiritual experiments of his later years. The show began as a curated night at the Pizza Express Jazz Club in London and has sold out regularly since. With Graham Harvey (piano), Jeremy Brown (bass) and Matt Skelton (drums).
