About the show
Will James is a London-based blues guitarist, singer and songwriter with two albums: The Age of Fear (2020) and Sundancer (2023), the latter recorded in North Hollywood with producer John Wooler - 5x Grammy winner, John Lee Hooker, Van Morrison - and LA session players from the Aretha Franklin / Bonnie Raitt orbit. Sundancer hit number one on the USA Soul Blues Albums Chart. In this special solo show for Midhurst Jazz & Blues, will will blend blues with jazz and soul. Expect an extraordinary evening.

Will James is a guitarist, singer and songwriter hailing from the South of England.
He is fast emerging on the UK Blues Scene providing his own unique stamp to the blues, through his electrifying Guitar playing and raw soulful voice.
Memorable guitar riffs are at the forefront of his music providing infectious melodies with elements of jazz soul and rock and roll; heavily inspired by the 60s and 70s. His musical style is a refreshing take on the Blues.
