As exclusively revealed at his instore here a couple of months ago, Robert Vincent will be returning in November for a full band gig at St. Peter's Church on Friday 22nd November.
The Liverpool singer-songwriter and multiple AMA UK Award-winner went down a storm as he and Anna Corcoran played a short set to support the release of new album 'Barriers', which hit No. 6 in the Official Record Store Chart and Top 5 in the Independent Albums Breakers Chart, cementing his place as one of the UK's finest contemporary songwriters.
Rob will be back with his band for a full-length show at the church and not only that but he'll be joined by special guest Ethan Johns, producer of 'Barriers' (alongside albums from Paul McCartney, Tom Jones, Laura Marling, Kings of Leon and many, many more) and no stranger to frequent SK-ers.
Tickets are £20 in advance exclusively from Sound Knowledge or £22.50 on the door.
Doors 7.30pm.
If there's a lot of half-finished, semi-fulfilled, vaguely unsatisfying music around these days - songs that say nothing to you about your life - then maybe it's because the people who make it haven't lived much of a life themselves. Not so in the case of Robert Vincent, the searingly honest Liverpool singer-songwriter whose mix of folk, rock and country is like a Mersey Van Morrison or a Scouse Springsteen.
