Get ready for a soulful summer Sunday as Sold on Soul (SOS) brings their lively, crowd-pleasing performance to The Oval Bandstand! This popular 6/7-piece function band is guaranteed to get you up on your feet, dancing the night away with friends and family.

From the smooth Motown classics of the 60s to the funky disco vibes of the 70s, SOS will take you on a musical journey through some of the best-loved hits of all time. Expect favourites from legends like Sam Cooke, Martha Reeves, Stevie Wonder, Chic, The Jacksons, and Rose Royce—plus some fresh, modern twists to keep the party going!

Our popular summer season of concerts is back, and this year we are bringing even more performances across a wider variety of genres to The Oval Bandstand & Lawns.

The Oval's Summer Sundays concerts take place throughout the summer season (subject to weather conditions).

Bandstand concerts are back for a glorious summer of entertainment!

Doors, toilets and concessions open: 1pm - 5pm .
Concert: 2pm – 4pm.
A minimum £2 donation per adult on door (under 16's no donation required).
All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
A fully licensed bar and food is available (alcohol and food is not to be brought into venue, bag searches are in operation).
