Tame Impala

Tame Impala, led by multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker, has gone from playing small clubs to headlining the world's biggest festivals in little over a decade.

His 2015 album Currents earned him a second GRAMMY nomination, a BRIT award, RIAA Gold-certification and world–wide critical acclaim. The New York Times labeled it a 'a tour de force' while Pitchfork said 'every song on ‘Currents’ is a revelatory statement of Parker's range and increasing expertise as a producer, arranger, songwriter, and vocalist'. In a 5 star review the Guardian said 'Australian musical polymath Kevin Parker's luscious new album takes psychedelic music into unknown territory” while Q magazine called it “Parker's finest achievement yet'.

As a writer and producer Parker has collaborated with Travis Scott, SZA, Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson, Kanye West, Kali Uchis, Theophilus London, Miguel, A$AP Rocky and more.

Amidst a night of hazy scenes in their native Isle of Wight, Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers found themselves at the summit of a Ferris wheel. They decided to start a band. The band is called Wet Leg. Arming themselves with guitars, a penchant for French disco, effervescent imaginations and a shared love of the The Ronettes and Jane Birkin, through to Ty Segall and Bjork, they set about making some recordings of their own.
