Gramps Morgan

Roy "Gramps" Morgan is a Jamaican-American singer-songwriter, instrumentalist, producer, record executive, and entrepreneur. Born into one of reggae’s royal families, his father, Denroy Morgan, a Jamaican immigrant, helped form the Black Eagles, New York’s first reggae group.

As a founding member of legendary reggae group, Morgan Heritage, Gramps helped shape a global sound that earned the band a GRAMMY for Strictly Roots. Now stepping forward as a solo artist, he delivers a fresh, feel-good fusion of country reggae, inspired by his roots in Jamaica and his life in Nashville.
