Younger People with Dementia’s young onset dementia choirs, Sunshine and Harmony, will come together to sing your favourite Christmas songs and timeless classics, led by the dynamic professionals Julia Mantell and Sabrina Findlay. With uplifting stories from families, reflections on all that Younger People with Dementia has achieved in 2025 and more raffle prizes than ever, this concert promises to get you in the Christmas spirit.
