About the show

Welsh pianist Tomos Boyles programme embraces some enchanting Schubert song transcriptions by Liszt, one of Schumann’s most poetic scores and a dramatic war-time sonata by Prokofiev.

Tomos was winner of the 2025 Dudley International Piano Competition, and his subsequent engagements include a Prokofiev piano concerto with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
