Lambchop

For the better part of three decades Kurt Wagner and his band Lambchop have firmly established themselves as forerunners and innovators of a genre that was once called "Alt Country." Their sound has morphed to encompass multiple genres, blending folk and rock songwriting with the tones of urban soul and electronica. Not one Lambchop album quite sounds like the other, but they always sound distinctively like Lambchop.
