A rising chef rehearses the story behind the dish that made him famous. But beside the boiling pot, the dish begins to speak back. Written by Chen Xu and directed by Tara Jamora Oppen, this brand new play premieres at Theatre Peckham as part of Peckham Fringe on 4-5 June 2026.
Blending dark comedy, puppetry and sensory storytelling, A Perfect Dish interrogates memory, narrative, and the quiet violence hidden inside everyday rituals.
