Maz O'Connor

Maz O’Connor is one of the most exciting young voices in British folk, and is quickly establishing herself as a bold and compelling songwriter. She sings both re-worked traditional folk songs and her own thoughtful compositions, and accompanies her uniquely pure voice with guitar, tenor guitar, piano and occasionally shruti box. Compared to Joni Mitchell, O'Connor's work is maturing into something brave and beautiful.
