Veps

Veps are a four piece band from Oslo, Norway that consists of Laura Dodson (guitar/vocals), June K. Urholt (bass), Helena M. Olasveengen (keys/vocals) and Maja B. Berge (drums).

After signing to NYC based label Kanine Records, they released their debut EP, Open The Door, in the spring of 2021. The EP showcases a songwriting sensibility far beyond their years. With a seamless blend of 90s indie aesthetic and classic pop hooks Veps (which means wasp in Norwegian, by the way) already have their very own, fully formed sound.
