About the show
To celebrate the launch of their new album 'Two Steps At A Time' Railcard are playing this special matinee show at The Lexington. Upstairs: live music. Downstairs: a label market, where you can pick up vinyl and CDs from some of your favourite indie labels.
You need a ticket if you want to see the gig, but the label market is free.
Doors open at 3pm for the label market and at 4pm for the live music. Live music is over at 6pm; the market closes at 6.30pm.
Featuring - Railcard
Railcard formed in early 2025 when Rachel Love (Dolly Mixture) and Ian Button (Papernut Cambridge, The Penrose Web) began writing songs together. Along with Peter Momtchiloff (Heavenly, Would-be-goods) on bass and Allison Thomson (Oldfield Youth Club, Heist, Trashcan Sinatras) on trumpet, the band have recorded a stack of material in a very short time.
