Truth is slippery, ambition is dangerous, and one impulsive deception spirals into cosmic chaos.
Camille, a struggling makeup artist desperate to better her life, accidentally lands a job as a forensic pathologist; despite knowing nothing about the dead beyond what she’s seen on TV. Determined to fake it for the paycheck, Camille’s lie snowballs: the Goddess of Deceit grows stronger, bodies start talking, and her livestreamed blunder ignites global panic.
As Gods argue over punishment and the fabric of life and death begins to unravel, Camille is forced to confront the consequences of dishonesty, identity, and ambition.
