Rising London saxophonist David Kayode presents a powerful quintet performance celebrating the music of Miles Davis, bringing a fresh and contemporary edge to one of jazz’s most influential legacies.

Joined by trumpeter Joti, Kayode reimagines iconic repertoire from across Davis’ career through a set driven by improvisation, interplay and intensity. The connection between saxophone and trumpet sits at the core, creating a live experience that is direct, expressive and unpredictable.

The quintet features standout young jazz musicians, alumni of Tomorrow’s Warriors, with credits including touring alongside Femi Kuti, Courtney Pine and Tony Kofi.

Rather than recreating the past, the band captures the essence of Miles Davis through bold interpretation, space and musical risk.

This performance offers a rare chance to hear David Kayode in a focused, straight ahead jazz setting.
