World-renowned virtuoso guitarist Marcus Machado, acclaimed by Rolling Stone Magazine as The Next Young Gun, will make his debut. Notably, the evening will include a special tribute to the legendary Jimi Hendrix, honouring the icon's birthday month.

Marcus Machado is a guitar prodigy who has taken the music industry by storm. He has been praised by Guitar World Magazine for pushing the boundaries of rock, funk, and soul guitar.

In honour of Jimi Hendrix’s 80th birthday, the guitar virtuoso hosted a sold-out event at the iconic Cafe Wha? – where Hendrix played - featuring legendary Woodstock percussionist Juma Sultan. Mastering the songs of Hendrix is a significant milestone for guitarists honing their craft. His exceptional talent has also been recognised at the renowned Handel Hendrix museum, where he delivered an intimate solo performance as part of their "Flat Sessions," held in the room where Hendrix resided.

Renowned for his collaborations with esteemed artists, such as Jose James, Daniel Caesar, Pharoahe Monch, Pete Rock, and Jon Batiste, Marcus Machado is venturing beyond the confines of traditional guitar playing. Defining his own style, Machado has stayed out of the arena of cover bands, recreating his own unique sound with his albums Aquarius Purple and Blue Diamonds. Both are testaments to his journey as an artist with an amalgamation of R&B, funk, jazz, hip-hop, heavy rock, and psychedelia, creating an electrifying experience.
