Lunch With The Euro 96 Strikers: Shearer & Sheringham

England have been involved in some amazing Finals tournaments over the years but none hold such a special place in the hearts of England fans than Euro 96, when the tournament was hosted at home and “Football’s Coming Home” was the song on everyone’s lips!

We are thrilled to confirm that we have brought together the two men who formed the deadly “SAS” partnership at the tournament, and in a striking double act over many years besides. Alan Shearer is without doubt one of the greatest strikers the country has ever produced, his position at the top of the Premier League goalscoring charts has stood the test of time, and many argue he is England’s greatest ever striker. For many years Alan’s partner in the national side, Teddy Sheringham was one of the most cultured forwards to ever play for England, and his astonishing career at the top spanned 25 seasons!
