Xan Tyler, Dusty Stray

Xan Tyler is a London-born, Scotland based, musician whose music is difficult to pin down to one genre. She moves effortlessly from baroque pop and indie through blue-eyed soul with a nod to Wickerman folk but the stories of sisterhood, survival and aging are clear and both fascinating and inspiring.

Texan ex-pat, Amsterdam-resident, Americana with an interest in electronica (that’s enough to make you love him already), Mr Dusty here has wowed SXSW, Maverick magazine and weirdo producer legend Kramer. He’s an utter one-off, but not in a challenging way, more like insinuating, intoxicating, dreaming.
