After consistently sold-out shows at The Green Note, Lana Shelley returns to the stage with her favourite band and long-time friends, The Icebreakers.
Having shared years of writing, recording and performing together, since meeting at college age 16, their chemistry is undeniable.
Both successful artists in their own right, they gather together to bring Lana’s music to life with that unmistakable Icebreaker touch — a raw, rhythmic fusion of blues, rock ’n’ roll and soul. Expect deep grooves, infectious energy, great storytelling and Lana’s velvet, jazz-soaked vocals in a show that’s heartfelt, high-spirited and utterly unmissable.

Growing up in a musical family, Lana Shelley was singing from a young age. Whilst at University in Leeds, she was active on the music scene in several bands including The Bluefoot Project (w/ Rachel Modest) and Jazz hip hop band Thelonious (w/ Grammy Award-winner Bill Laurance)
After taking a break from performing live, to bring up her children, she is back to build on her past successes and bring her incredible brand of 50s, Rock N Roll, Jazz and Blues inspired sounds. Her unique, warm, chocolate sauce Jazz-infused vocals, straight to the point lyrics and upbeat groovy band are guaranteed to leave you buoyant and full of good time, soul energy.
