About the show

Join multi-award winning, musical storyteller Daniel Cainer for a birthday concert with special guest Dillie Keane of Fascinating Aida and other special guests to be announced. Daniel’s songs are clever, funny, joyful, emotional, very melodic and have much to say about the current state of the world and the human condition.

They’ve been sung by actors, folk and cabaret-artists and at least half a dozen rabbis whilst his musical compositions, scores and jingles have been used used in many TV dramas, documentaries and podcasts. He has played all over the world, including six off-Broadway runs in New York and 20 Edinburgh Fringes. He’s been the ‘Singing Reporter’ on radio and TV and the world’s only ‘Singing Astrologer’ (probably). Daniel’s son Oscar is the Green Note’s much lauded Head of Sound and Oscar will be on-hand to make sure his father is seen but not necessarily heard (much as he himself was treated as a child).
