Andrew Strong

Dublin-born Andrew Strong is a RnB / Blues singer who starred in Alan Parker's The Commitments, playing the part of Deco Cuffe. Strong later formed his band the Boneyard Boys, along with reuniting with his fellow Commitments pals for occasional reunion shows, and carving out his own solo career. His 2013 live album 'The Commintments Years And Beyond' takes you through an array of classic soulful covers, from 'Mustang Sally' to 'Try A Little Tenderness' and 'Soul Man', all staples of his powerful live shows.
