We are very excited to welcome the Julian Siegel Quartet to Highams Park Jazz Club for their debut appearance at the club on Saturday, 21 November.
Recognised as one of the UK's leading contemporary jazz ensembles, the Julian Siegel Quartet has earned widespread acclaim for its imaginative compositions, exceptional musicianship and compelling live performances. We are delighted to present this outstanding quartet as part of our monthly concert season.
Julian Siegel is one of Britain's most respected saxophonists, composers and bandleaders. A BBC Jazz Award winner for Best Instrumentalist, Julian has performed and recorded with many of the world's leading jazz musicians, including Kenny Wheeler, Django Bates, Hermeto Pascoal, Bill Frisell, Andrew Hill and Steve Swallow. His own quartet has received critical acclaim for its originality, adventurous spirit and remarkable interplay, establishing itself as one of the UK's finest jazz groups.
