TurkodiRoma

TurkodiRoma is one of the fastest-rising acts on the European alternative scene. Blending Turkish, Spanish and Italian lyrics with Mediterranean, Latin, Indie and psychedelic influences, the band has built a devoted following through their genre-defying live performances.

Founded by two group members in 2020, the project grew out of a nomadic journey across the Mediterranean. Traveling primarily by hitchhiking, sleeping in tents and supporting themselves by selling handmade bracelets and performing in public spaces, they spent years moving between cultures, languages and communities.

Along the way they learned Spanish, Italian and other languages not through classrooms but through everyday conversations, shared meals, temporary homes and life on the road. These experiences became the foundation of TurkodiRoma's artistic identity.

Rather than committing themselves to a single genre, they developed a concept they call IndieFusion.
