Kim Churchill
This Australian surfer had a connection to the sea that spills out in his musical performances, even when he's a long way from the beach. Kim plays a guitar with the busiest of fingers and the rhythm of a master, and sings lyrics too enigmatic to believe they came from someone so young. His mixture of folk, rock and blues has led to comparisons to Nick Drake amongst others.
