We're absolutely thrilled to welcome one of the UK’s best-loved singer/songwriters for over 40 years to The Chester Tavern in Kidderminster.
Since his early years fronting The Daintees, Martin Stephenson has carved a unique, meandering musical path as a writer, performer, storyteller and natural entertainer. There are few artists on the live circuit quite as beloved.
His must-see shows are an exuberant tour-de-force combining heart-in-your-mouth intimacy with playful humour and warm self-deprecation.

Martin is an outstanding singer and songwriter, whose career in music now stretches back over thirty years of critical acclaim and relentless touring.
The Daintees became one of the first bands to sign to the Newcastle based label Kitchenware, releasing a string of albums until disbanding in 1992.
Retreating to the Scottish Highlands, several solo albums followed and in 2008, the Daintees reconvened to record Western Eagle, which was followed in 2012 with the release of California Star.
