About the show
“Long regarded as a master improviser” (Jazz News UK), Geoff reunites with acclaimed guitarist Tom Ollendorff, praised by The Guardian for his “meticulous eloquence.” Their musical partnership began at the Royal Welsh College of Music, where Tom studied under Geoff, and has flourished ever since. For this special performance, they explore the music of favourite composers including Kenny Wheeler, Lee Konitz, and Steve Swallow.
They are joined by two rising stars on the UK jazz scene: Ewan Hastings (bass) and Angus Bishop (drums) plus Chris Coull (trumpet)
