JOE BURKE Award-winning guitarist and alternative-indie rock innovator Joe Burke doesn't just play the acoustic guitar; he re-engineers it. Moving far beyond the boundaries of traditional folk, Joe utilizes a complex dual-amp rig, heavy distortions, delays, and intricate alternate tunings to construct a massive, cinematic wall of sound.
PLUM LOCO Dorset duo playing original, genre-fluid songs. Firmly rooted in the less is more, Lisa plays guitar and sings, Nick adds tasteful snare & percussions.
LIBERTY ALICE Blues, Rock and Soul, with a hint of Americana. Gilly and Mark also host a lovely atmospheric music night called ‘Beats & Treats’ in Laycock Cider barn & each have radio shows on Abbey 104 (Sherborne) on Wed eves, showcasing local talent live in the studio ( The Midway Mark Show 5-8pm and Gilly’s show 8-9pm).
