About the show
Wille & the Bandits are one of those rare UK acts that feel like a secret passed between festival tents and late-night jam sessions—genre-fluid, emotionally raw, and fiercely independent. Hailing from Cornwall, they blend blues, rock, folk, and Latin into a sound that’s both earthy and electrifying. Think Ben Harper meets Pearl Jam with a dash of slide guitar mysticism.
They have received great critical acclaim, being voted in the top ten must see bands at Glastonbury 2014 by BBC Radio 1 and reaching number 2 in the UK blues chart with their first single on downloads alone. Now touring their third independently released studio album Wille and the Bandits fan base, repertoire of sounds, styles and innovation seems to be growing at an exponential rate.
The band are praised in the press for their albums; bursting at the seams with textures, originality and soul. Rock legends such as Ian Paice, Joe Bonamassa and Francis Rossi have also praised the band’s musicianship and their unique edge to Rock and Blues.

Featuring
Wille & The Bandits
The band are famous for creating an astonishingly huge sound, incorporating eclectic grooves from World music to Heavy Rock, using bizarre instrumentation such as Tongue Drum, Djembe, Lap steel guitar and Double bass they push the boundaries of what is expected of a modern three piece. Although difficult to pigeon hole, Wille and the Bandits are taking roots rock music to a new level. Wille and the Bandits are renowned for their diverse songwriting and often likened to the greats of the 70’s such as Led Zeppelin, Santana and Pink Floyd, this comparison, although bold, only scrapes the surface of the Bands influences and sound.
