About the show
Two Day Coma are a Bristol-based four-piece blending Britpop, indie, grunge and folk into a raw, emotive sound that is gorgeous, heartfelt, and quietly powerful.
The group began with childhood friends Tom Harris (vocals, song-writing) and Jake Scarborough (DIY recording), later joined by Ollie Lucas (multi-instrumentalist) and Zac Harkavy (drums).
Their music is steeped in poetic grit and emotional honesty—tracks like “Shudder”, “If I Wasn’t”, and “Afraid of Ghosts” showcase their knack for introspective lyrics and atmospheric textures. “Shudder” was even featured as Clash Magazine’s 'Track of the Day', and landed on Spotify’s Indie Lists ‘Best Of 2019’.
They’ve also earned support from BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson
Support from Indie three piece Boathead, and Cold July who's influences evoke the California 70s scene combined with modern indie pop, acoustic rock

Two Day Coma
Two Day Coma’s foundation started with childhood friends Tom Harris and Jake Scarborough. Tom’s stark, honest songwriting style met Jake’s knack for DIY recording and the pair began making bedroom demos that aimed higher than their makeshift studio. When the two met multi-instrumentalist Ollie Lucas the band was complete. Taking influence everywhere from britpop and indie to grunge and folk, the Bristol based outfit have managed to find an emotive sound that is truly original.
